Lars Lücking
Lars Lücking is the Managing Director of Develica, responsible for overall strategy and the day to day management of Develica Deutschland Management Limited. Prior to joining Develica, Lars was at Citigroup and Hypo Real Estate where he spent ten years collectively in senior roles. He has a wealth of experience in European real estate, especially in asset management, underwriting, debt restructuring and valuation. Lars holds a business degree in economics from the University of Hamburg, and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is a native German speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.

Jochen Kauschmann
Jochen Kauschmann is Director of Asset Management at Develica, with responsibility for overseeing the Asset and Property Management teams. Before Joining Develica Jochen spent five years with Angermann Goddard & Loyd where he focussed on German investment in Real Estate and Asset Management, prior to that role he spent eight years at Atelier Ten leading the Environmental Engineering Group. Jochen holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and is fluent in English and German.

Grant N Tromans
Grant Tromans co-founder of Develica focuses on identifying, evaluating and managing all Fund Investments. Grant continues to develop opportunities for Develica both in Germany, the UK in addition to evaluating other markets.

Darren McComb
Darren McComb is non-executive director. He was Trust and Company Executive at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers), from 1992 to 1997. In 2004, after an intervening military career serving in the British Army in Northern Ireland and Gibraltar, Darren became managing director of Prime Trust Corporation Limited, a trust and management company based in Gibraltar.
